Yes, BineBoost is the booking experience for Smoobu, not a replacement. You need an active Smoobu account with API access; whether your plan includes it is shown in your Smoobu account. Your calendars, rates and channel sync stay entirely in Smoobu.
Every booking is created instantly in your calendar via the Smoobu API, including the price breakdown, deposit and guest details. From there Smoobu syncs to Booking.com, Airbnb & co. as usual.
You decide what to offer. By bank transfer directly to you: guests automatically see your bank details, the payment reference and the deposit amount. Or by card, Klarna or Link as well, right at booking. For that you connect your own Stripe account, and the money is credited straight to you. With a deposit rule, guests only pay the deposit online. Either way, no money flows through BineBoost, and we take no commission per booking.
Yes, the booking engine is embedded as a small code snippet and works with practically every system: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Jimdo, hand-built sites and Smoobu's own Website Builder too. Step-by-step guides are included. Alternatively you get a direct booking link.
The trial ends automatically: nothing is charged unexpectedly, and you don't need a credit card for it. If you like BineBoost, you pick your per-property subscription and continue exactly where you left off. You can cancel monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%.
Your Smoobu keys are stored encrypted (AES-256) and used exclusively for your booking engine. Prices are recalculated server-side for every booking: nobody can manipulate them in the browser. Daily backups included.
The booking experience speaks German, English, Dutch, Italian and French. You choose which languages to offer, and guests switch right inside the widget. BineBoost fills in missing translations automatically, your own texts stay untouched. Your dashboard is available in German and English.
